Ok a few months ago i installed 2.2 and ever since then i get little problems where the phone gets overloaded and forces closed. Im new at this but heres what i got

baseband:i87ucji8
kernel: 2.6.32.9 jetaek.lee@sep11 #1
build: froyo.ucji6

Looking online i see that its rooted??


im asking this because i seen att released a 2.2 update usind kies mini. So i tried that but i seem to fail at it. It never shows me an option to update

If you want the AT&T Froyo, you will need to go back to stock 2.1. I use Odin one click, very simple.  Then install mini kies on your pc (it will install the drivers at that time on it's own.) Make sure your phone is in kies mode under USB settings. Now when you plug it in it should say upgrade available. Follow the instructions in mini kies.
