can i run titanuim back up from the pc

ok so i had automatic backup from titanium disabled and i haven't backed up for about 3 months. my phone got ran over yesterday dont ask... well the phone its self is still functional but the the screen no longer work's. does anyone know i if theirs a way to execute titanium from the pc  i bought a new one today but need my stuff lol also it has Continuum cant remember which one though it was what ever was the last one before you had to use the dolphin browser as i dont like the dolphin browser i never updated
