For a while I have noticed that jawbone has supported iphone but not android. There is now a jawbone app on the market that is supposed to do all that for android 2.2.
For now, its only got the jawbone era, and specific android devices. Unfortunately, Captivate is not listed. The app downloaded fine on my cappy, and seems to run ok. I just need to update the jawbone to see of it works. I'll update when I get that done.
update: Downloaded the updated files for the jawbone, no problem. But the Jawbone Companion android app just sits there, apparently looking for the jawbone. Oh well, wishful thinking. I emailed the support and suggestion line asking form them to support ther Captivate. If anybody else out there has a Jawbone and the Captivate, please email them about it. The more emails they get, the more likely they will get it worked out for the Captivate.
