Very cool indeed.  Do you know if you can put the phone in the holster with the screen towards your body as well as facing out?  Just curious because that's a nice find and it would suck if you couldn't, always whaching/hipchecking stuff while you're walking through tight spaces!  Eyes Rolling

Yeah it's overpriced. But so long as it seats tightly and doesn't easily fall out, it'll be very useful for those of us who don't have a purse/bag to keep it in, or a dress code that reduces very convenient cargo pockets.

The holster only holds the phone with the screen towards your body, which makes it so hard to use your phones. Every time you get a call, or message, you need to release the holster then use the phone.

Also, this case makes texting, or playing on the phone hard, since it's hard to reach the edges and hard buttons on the phone. Not to mention, the phone becomes very heavy and bulky, and the volume rocker and power botton are buried to deep.

This is one of the best cases, though...its a Siedio Innocase, made by Siedio, but labeled differently.  This case has save my Blackberry phones time and again, and is well worth it for the Samsung too.  Yes, it makes the screen edges a little harder to get (really only some and only when trying to drag icons from homescreen to homescreen).  But the first time you drop your phone to the aslphalt, pick it up and find zero damage or scratches you will be much happier.  And this is much cheaper than they are on the Siedio website.

i currently have this case but its too plain for me so im getting the OEM Samsung Captivate Rubberized Case Carbon Fiber instead...not sure if im gonna return the Serdio/Platinum brand case though...i realize now that almost $40 for a case is ridiculous haha

Not if you have to buy a new phone because you dropped it without a case....I love mine...
