Great News:


As you can see Samsung is busy with Android 2.2 for the Samsung Galaxy S (I9000). A few Galaxy S users will get the Froyo Update on End of September and Others will be During October in Different dates according to their own regions (as listed Below).

 



Android 2.2 Release Dates for Samsung Galaxy S:

 

T-Mobile on End September (28-30/9).

Samsung Benelux Begin on Mid October (15-20/10).

Samsung Spain end of October (25-30/10).

Samsung India end of October (25-30/10).

Samsung Polish end of October (25-30/10).

Samsung Europe end of October (25-30/10).

Samsung USA on November.

T-Mobile USA on November.

Well I can hear the bellyaching starting already since Samsung USA shows November instead of October.  /shrug

Again I'll say what I've said before -- I'd rather the release be delayed if it means the release is accurate!

lets just hope they dont push it again but just as long as teh software works and updates all of the needed things then im good with waiting for a littlebit

I don't mind the waiting, but I hope Samsung doesn't revert to the old ways. My Eternity was SUPPOSE to get an update. I've already upgraded, and did I ever get that promised update? NO.
