Guys in our phone we can go into settings, applications, and running services and close or freeze apps that are running.  Is this any different than the ATK?  Also when I kill everything I get like 168 of free memory but generally leave messaging, v lingo, and gallery open b/c I use them so much.  Even at that I get 118, is that good?  thanks Kirby

Advanced Task Killer (ATK) can be configured to automatically kill tasks at timed intervals.  You are able to set up a list of tasks you want it to leave running.  ATK is usually more convienent to either automatically kill tasks at specified intervals or to manually kill tasks than to go through the system menu.

I personally just use the system task manager, but that is my personal preference.
