A 4" phone and a 7" tablet are too close in size. I would have expected a 10" tablet. IMHO, for people that want a nice phone AND a tablet, the 7" size is going to be too small. I'm wondering if they're going to be able to use AMOLED screens on them. AFAIK, AMOLEDs still are expensive to make in larger sizes. If not, then I'm still on with the Pixel Qi screened tablet.
