When I charge it via the wall socket, the screen turned black automatically and the phone was not responding to any action at all. It seems like it totally SHUT DOWN itself. I couldn't even start it using the Lock/Unlock button. I tried to call my number from another phone and it directed me to my voice mail. I have no idea what's going on here. I tried many times but it didn't work. Now, I cannot even start my phone no matter what I do. When I charge it, the phone got quite hot. I am guessing there is something wrong with the charger or the battery. I have to have my phone returned. Cannot live with a phone like this.
