Hello all, new member here.
Ive had my Captivate maybe 3 weeks.
So far, LOVE iT!!
Anyway, onto my question.

I opened up the browser, and went to check my hotmail acct.
I logged in, read/deleted messages no problem.
Then at the bottom when I was done, I clicked SIGN OUT.

A few days later I went back to check my messages again, and it took me directly to my hotmail INBOX.
I dont want that!
I want my phone, and the website on my phone to forget all about my hotmail information each time I shut the browser down, or turn the phone off.

Am I missing something somewhere?
Is there a cleaning app, that will delete all traces of going to hotmail including my name and password?

Thanks for any help.

With the browser launched, tap the menu button (lower left on the device).  Then tap "More".  Toward the bottom of your screen tap on "Settings".  Scroll down until you see "Security settings".  Un-check the check box that says remember passwords.  Above it under "settings", you can also un-check Remember for data.

That should solve your problem.
