Personally this issue should never be have to be addressed but it seems like people now a days think that you can read their mind and by the way there is no app for that.

For the subject of a help question please dont go "HELP!!!" or "Why won't it work!!!" this does not help us know what your problem is and also when searching for answers makes it harder to find the right topic because all that the subject says is 'HELP!!!" and not something like "Cannot recieve or send text messages"

When posting a help question just dont go, "Help this *Insert problem* is not working help!" First of all we cannot read your mind, we don't know what the problem to your phone is and what is happening at your end. The more information the better! Thats my number one rule

Second, pics are always helpful when trying to explain things. You can always use a screenshot program to get a screenshot of your problem but that requires a root. OR your could get a camera and take a pic of the phone with the problem happening and upload it to the forum or a place like imageshack or photobucket.

Please remember that not all the answers that are going to be posted will help you we are trying our best to help but the phone is fairly new and we are working through issues that arise with this phone

Posting new threads: I would recommend going into the Help and Assistance section and clicking on the new thread button to post a new thread about your problem, or if there is already a thread on your problem just post a reply in that thread.

One last note just because a member says FACTORY RESET does not mean that is the answer to your problem that is a last resort that should never really even thought of unless if its in the right circumstances where a factory reset is needed. There are other things that can be done before a reset is necessary all that it does it wipe your phone back to how it came out of the factory which means yes your problem will be fixed but there could of been a less painful way of fixing your phone and having to reinstall all your apps and this same rule goes to flashing back to the original firmware.

If any other moderators want to add something or correct something in this post please do so just unlock and add a new topic and please remember to relock it  Big Grin

When help/assistance is provided to your question, please come back to the post and respond with what worked for you!  This small request can provide great amounts of benefit to other forum members who may run across the same issue and need a good, solid, reliable, CONFIRMED fix!
