Can anyone recommend a good program that we can use on the computer to edit music playlists and then upload those to our phone? Thanks!

Were you using iTunes before? If so, look into an app called isync.  It's worked very well for me, and you can just use your iTunes playlists.

I was using itunes before, but I just reformatted my computer and all of my playlists are gone. I'd like to get rid of iphone/itunes etc, as I am also an itunes defector... do you know of any other programs? Thanks for your reply.
