Phone constantly freezes while playing music

I get this problem too, and it's unbelievably frustrating. Every so often the songs will hang up, but it seems like every time I start playing a few songs,  then try to go back to the songlist or Gallery, it crashes. Sometimes it crashes when I click other things too (Trying to play a new song, changing artists, etc.), but it only seems to happen with I click something, since it will work just fine if I simply let the songs play, one after another, without touching anything.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I cant seem to find it anywhere else.
