Hi, I've had my Captivate for about a year now and haven't had any problems with connecting it to my computer until about a week ago. Every time I connect it to my laptop (running Win 7 64-bit) rather than showing up as a removable usb device, it instead flashes a warning that the device is not properly installed and the drivers show up as "Unknown Device".
I have tried numerous fixes including re-installing the usb drivers from samsung's website, re-installing Kies, uninstalling and re-updating the drivers through device manager. BUt so far nothing has worked and I can't transfer files from my computer to my phone.
Any ideas or fixes?
