Sometimes freezes... « on: February 04, 2011, 06:27:40 PM » I installed antivirus and run that every so often but my phone is still running super slow and having difficulty uploading pics to facebook even with wifi...I have to remove the battery if it totally freezes up.  What can I do short of a hard reset??  I don't want to lose everything! Sometimes freezes... « Reply #1 on: February 05, 2011, 01:28:07 PM » I did a reset on my phone and I did notice a difference in speed afterwards. I had about 60 apps installed. It may be that the more apps you have the slower the phone gets. I know before I did the reset and when I first booted my phone and used my task killer it would kill 52 apps. Not sure if this would help you, just something to think about. Sometimes freezes... « Reply #2 on: February 06, 2011, 03:32:11 PM » Hi Jim, thanks for the reply...I ended up doing a hard reset, it's much faster now.  I had about 6-7 pages of apps and didn't seem to have any problems, but over the last few days, maybe a week, it got really slow...thought maybe a virus but nothing came up... I still don't have an answer, I don't want that to happen again...so if anyone else has any ideas, please let me know!!
