I live in jamaica so need to unlock the phone so I acn put my Jamaican sim in. No-one seems able to do this. Re: unlock from at&t « Reply #3 on: August 26, 2010, 11:02:23 PM » Only an AT&T customer can get an unlock code from AT&T.  If you are on a different network trying to unlock an AT&T phone, your best bet would be to check out unlock vendors on ebay  (at your own discretion). I now have a phone I can actually use anywhere. This is the one and only person who has been able to help. AT&T said they actually don't have the codes to give out even if they wanted to so I had just about given up. I can get both the defreeze code and unlock code No need to connect with software or root. Just send us the IMEI number and we will unlock it. Thanks YJ www.cellunlocker.net Thats great except the above method is easy and completely free! It's not always easy and time friendly when there is software, rooting and cables involved. I'm familiar with that method as well and can help people. Our service via IMEI method is a simple alternative . Just send IMEI, receive unlock codes and enter. Phone is unlocked and no warranty voided.
