Hi every body, I'm very happy to finally find a forum in which I could get some help with this phone haha, I bought my samsung captivate about 2 weeks ago but I'm having several problems with it, I already install the new up date of the software (2.2 version), but I'm still having troubles transferring music and pictures to it. I haven't bought a SD card yet, every time I transfer music to the phone the music it stay in the phone memory but the albums playlist etc does no appear in the phones MP3 player, I downloaded the doblletwis player but it happen the same thing any ideas on how to solve this?
I'm having the same problem with the pictures/images Every time y transfer them from my computer they store in the cellphone memory but they don't appear in the viewer
I wil appreciate any kind of help thanks
