I have noticed recently that if you are creating a post that is bigger than the post box, you can not scroll down to where you are typing and the box jumps up and down and you type.  This is very annoying.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

Nope, no issues here.  Just did a test post and a scroll bar popped up as I passed the 13th line of the text box and I was able to scroll up and down through the post.

The problem is only on IE, try other browser like Firefox or Chrome.
