I registered here simply for this post. Why the hell doesn't the TouchWiz 3.0 on the Captivate look like this?

IDK, maybe because that's not the Captivate, but the Samsung Wave in the demonstration....

Do any of the Galaxy S' have this interface?

Ah ok apparently it's running Samsung bada. Naming it TouchWiz 3.0 is a bit misleading still..

yeah I was gonna say all Touchwiz is on our phones is a launcher... the rest is android.  I noticed the phone was the wave and yes the wave runs the samsung bada OS with the touchwiz UI, so calling it all touchwiz is very misleading IMO.

Some of the video definitely looked like an android phone.  I also noticed that the video was originally posted on You Tube 6 months ago by SamsungUK.  Maybe this is the interface that is on the European models of the Galaxay S and maybe AT&T and the other american carriers did not wnat something that fancy on the American versions of the phone.

Another possibility is that some of those features got scrapped due to technical difficulties or some other reason.  I believe this video was definitely before the Galaxy S hit the market.

Just a few thoughts to ponder as you get your TouchWiz lust on.
