Hi I rooted my phone, did everything I was supposed to, and then I open up settings with SQLlite, click on "secure" and it says go to ID 6... but there IS no Id 6!  Seriously theres just 3 columns.  I can't tell you which ones they are as I've been pulling my hair out working on this for 2 hours now.  Keep running into speedbumps.  For one thing Tools was the wrong folder... type in ADB Shell in the Tools folder and you'll get "ADB Shell not recognized".  Its in the Platform-tools folder.

Anyway I'm stuck on step 9... help!

Search the web for sideload wonder machine. It's easy to use, and will get you past the 3rd party apps block.

thats because you dont have it set up, you have to do some other things before sdk will work properly

sideload wonder machine works great if you just need to install an app
