Do what I have been doing:
Go to the survey, give it a negative rating and in the box give them a piece of your mind regarding the lack of updates.
Quite catharctic, actually!

LOL. Now all you get is a box that says "System Error on Page". Too funny. AT&T are a bunch of idiots! They could be the premier cell provider yet they choose to act like this with update and then hiring idiots who don't even know how to code. Wow! And to think I give these guys my money every month! I really need to get a satellite phone! LOL

No offence but the webpage clearly says samsung.com not att.com. In this particular case its not at&t. Place the blame for this squarely on samsung!!
